Having a Hard Time Accomplishing Your Goals? Try an Accountability Partner

A huge part of feeling productive every week has been setting and accomplishing my goals. On this blog, you’ll find a ton of helpful advice, to help YOU become a master of your time through the use of goal setting:
Unfortunately, even with the most thought out plan, the best of us can fail to take our goals from a great list of dreams to actual reality. That’s where an accountability partner steps in!
An accountability partner, by definition, is exactly what it sounds like – a person that makes sure you actually DO what you set out to accomplish in life. But what does that actually look like in the real world? Well, that depends on the person.
Just like some women find meeting their fitness goals easier to commit to by scheduling exercise dates with a good friend, goal setting in the other areas of your life can be the same way. Plan a weekly phone call or coffee date with a close friend to share your accomplishments from the previous week, and then to plan out your next week.
That being said though, many people find accountability in their spouses, coworkers, online communities or a plain old weekly planner (check ours out here). Personally I’ve found that posting my goals for the week on the blog every Sunday is all the inspiration I need. I know the Wife.Mother.Teacher. tribe is watching and I don’t want to let you down.
